11. Scott Hall
Scott Hall has struggled with addiction for a large part of his life. Unfortunately, links with drugs and alcohol leads people down the wrong path… and inevitably into trouble with the law.
The former Razor Ramon has had more brushes with police than you can count, and he’s been arrested on several occasions too. For some pretty weird stuff, too. That weird stuff includes a time in 1998, when an intoxicated Hall was arrested by police for molesting a 56-year-old woman, and an occasion just a couple of years later when he was again found drunk.
While going to pick up his children, Hall was stopped by police after driving the wrong way down a street. He was found to be three times over the drink-driving limit and was obviously arrested then too. In 2011, he was found cursing at a bartender and pushing women around while out at a bar. People concerned attempted to control the situation and send Hall away in a car, but he went on to smash the window in.
